    My question involves a marriage in the state of:NEW YOUR QUESTION IS WHAT HAPPENS IF A DISABLED MAN WITH MINOR CHILD, DOES NOT WANT TO SEPERATE NOR DIVORCE WIFE BECAUSE SHE CLAIMS SHE WORKS ALL DAY AND THE HOUSE IS TO MESSY WHEN SHE RETURNS FROM A HARD DAY AT WORK. SHE HAS O.C.D,GRAVES/HYPERTHROID DISORDER. MARRIED 22YRS AND WANTS EVERYONE TO LEAVE

    Up until August of 2010, New York was a fault-divorce state (I think the only one left). You could only get a divorce if it was based on one of the fault grounds. Otherwise, not.

    But apparently the state now has no-fault divorce, so divorce is just a filing matter.
