Hi there,

I'd like to know How to legalize a new Dog Exam Sistem (like CGC) in California?

I am working on it personally and I'd like to legalize it under my name and use enable it as a franchise business as soon as it is possible.

Could you help me
who, which organization can I ask about it?
Who should I ask for readership? I mean is there any law about it?
What kind of law is it belong to?
What kind of certificates do I need, etc.?

If you want to use their system and their name, you need to deal with them.

If you create your own system and your own name, no affiliation suggested, nothing would appear to be standing in your way of forming a business plan.
