Family Member Revoking a Guardianship

My question involves guardianship in the State of: WI

Can a family member revoke guardianship from a mother. The person in question is a disabled young adult whose mother is the legal guardian and is not a good role model and has many problems in her life. Father is deceased.

A JUDGE can revoke guardianship, so the family member will need to petition the court for that to happen.

In my opinion yes. Verbal abusive, drugs and steals from her adult child.

Have adult services been contacted about the alleged abuse? If not, why not?
