My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: PA. I have several questions about the running period and reinstatment process related to suspensions.

1. The suspensions are a result of two DUIs that happened within two months of each other and the suspensions were received as part of the same court process. One is an 18 month suspension, and the second suspension is for 5 years as a result of the fact that there had been 3 total DUIs (one in another state and then the two PA DUis). Should the two suspensions run concurrently or consecutively?

2. When should the suspensions begin running - at the time the license was surrendered and the prison time started or at the time of release from prison?

3. The official diving record I have states that the reinstatement date for the license would be May 2012, but the letter from PennDOT says the reinstatement date would be May 2013. Which is correct and how can I correct PennDOT if the driving record is correct?
