DUI with Child Endangerment

My question involves criminal law for the state of: ca.

My x was involved in a non injury at fault accident, with 3 minor children in the car. blew .08 in field & .07 later at jail. If charges are reduced to a wet wreckless, will the child endangerment stick?

custody battle still rages, divorce nearing end.

Yes, they probably still could be applied. If he agrees to any plea deal, his attorney will likely want to see about getting the child endangerment dropped.

Not sure what sreno's take on all this, and "innocent until proven guilty and stupid" bull**** aside, you gotta love it when the cops and the prosecuting attorney are all over a case like this one!
