Should You Get Child Support If You Share Custody Equally

My question involves child support in the State of: Washington

5 years ago I went from soccer mom to a prison cell for the duration of a year. I was charged with 1 felony for a white collar crime because i signed my husband's name on a loan document even though he asked me to do it. He did not press charges, the bank did. While I was incarcerated he served me with divorce papers entitling him to everything as well as custody of our son. His reason was that it really wasn't a divorce but a way to make sure we were financially protected due to my mishap. He was not truthful. I came home after my year, had no car, no home, no money and only my clothes. My family helped and I rented an apartment went to work full time and was able to share 50/50 time with my son as he allowed it. All these years I have financially struggled but still had my son living with me 50% of the time . Am I entitled to reopen the divorce or at least be entitled to some sort of child support?
