Default Getting a Restraining Order Against a Paralegal

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: California

I am in the middle of a divorce, my in-laws and i shared ownership of a vehicle, they wanted it back so they asked their personal attorney for a referral so they could repo my vehicle. The attorney referred a paralega that worked out of his office. My vehicle was repoed and given back to my in-laws, i'm o k with that however the paralegal isn't a licensed reposessor. She kept my belongings, never sent me a certified letter stating #1 that my vehicle was reposessed, #2 a list of the personal belonging's in the vehicle which everytime i tried to meet her to get them she was a no show. Now I find out she donated my belonging's. She currently has a criminal case aginst her for doing business w/out a license. She continues to act as my in-laws counsel filing restraining orders aginst me forging signatures on dissolution of marriage doc's. She has my elderly in laws convinced that whatever she say's goes. Her business burned to the ground less than three month's after she was charged in her current case. sorry for being long winded but my question is She is very cagey, I want to file harassment orders against her because she shows up nat my court dates, she is digging to find my wifes ex and his family and trying to get them to say i am harasing them, she filed tro's for one of her ex's that i have never met only to have it thrown out because she filed domestic order's for them which the court said were supposed to be harassment orders, she had the petitioner state things like i was posting nude photos of my DAUGHTER on the internet, that i havr threatned the life of my in-laws since my wife and i were married only to have the orders dismissed before the judge could read all of the false accusations which my daughter and my ex were there in court that day to denounce the allegations. What do i put in the harassment order's and how do i defend myself against this woman and her cronie's? she will show up to court and try to intimadate me i need this to stop how do i insure the orders stick. Also I contacted the attorney that referred the paralegal to my in-laws and he stated she was not a licensed reposessor and stated she was action under some cival code does that entitle her to charge me storage of $325.00 for a duffle bag that she would not give me and has since supposidley donated?

Default Re: What to Do in Court When Seeking a Protective Order

If you believe that somebody is practicing law without a license, you can file a complaint.

If somebody improperly disposes of your personal belongings and they have actual value, small claims court awaits.

If false statements are made in a court document, you can deny them. If they are outrageous you can file a motion to strike and seek sanctions. It sounds like it's well past time you retained a lawyer to assist you in your custody case.

You won't get an anti-harassment order because a paralegal is offering services to somebody you no longer like, or because the paralegal assists them in court.
