    Default Ex Parte Communication

My question relates to legal practice in the state of: Kentucky,

I need to know if this type of communiction is allowed. After a recent court hearing to custody, my ex., ex mother n law, and daughter went back into the court room and talked with the judge privately. Neither I nor my lawyer knew that this was going on. I had already left the court house. The case was discussed with my daughter and all present. Can I file a misconduct charge against this judge for ex parte communication?

As you haven't told us anything about the substance of the discussion or why it occurred, we have no context. Talk to your lawyer.

You have a lawyer. Talk to your lawyer.

You weren't there but you know exactly what was said? And have you figured out if you're male or female?
