Ex Parte Communication

My question relates to legal practice in the state of: Kentucky,

I need to know if this type of communiction is allowed. After a recent court hearing to custody, my ex., ex mother n law, and daughter went back into the court room and talked with the judge privately. Neither I nor my lawyer knew that this was going on. I had already left the court house. The case was discussed with my daughter and all present. Can I file a misconduct charge against this judge for ex parte communication?

The judge told her i was the worst she had seen in the 20 plus years she has been on the bench, that i'm the reason for the divorce, that i'm the reason her dad can't get a job. on and on and on. I want to know where she gets her info??
