My question involves criminal law for the state of: California and Colorado

I was molested by a man when I was 13. Recently, my child turned 13 and now I am flooded with memories and trauma from the molests. I want the man arrested. Do the statute of limitations protect this man or can I still have him arrested somehow? He continues to work as a teacher with boys and I want him stopped. What can I do?
