Default Help with criminal charges
I been charge by my baby's mom of domestic violence, harrassment and aggravation and possession of a (gun)weapon(which they never found), when i went to court they gave me an order of protection until the case still running in the criminal court. Almost a month after that her boyfriend came to me and start harrassing me telling me that he knows who i was and he knows my family and my car, we only have an argue. I left to my house and couple of minutes after that the police came to me saying they were checking the registration of the cars around, but two minutes after that, couple of police car came and they said the guy told them i threat him and told him i was going to kill him, that i was possesing a gun(which they never found either) and a beisbol bat. The point is that when me and this person has the argue, i was in a car wash, washing my car, and cleaning it. I had a five year old son which i carry a beisbol bat and a beisbol glove in the drunk, which at that moment was out of my drunk, because i was cleaning. The police arrested me and took the beisbol bat as a evidence. They police tell me that they didnt arrest him when i explain he started and he was the one making the accusation because he call the police first than me. I been charge again of harrassment and aggravation, possesion of a weapon, assault in second degree and alteration of the peace.

I'm very worry about what could happen, i already spend one week in jail from my baby's mom case(because i pay a bail of 1.000), and another week in jail for her boyfriend(i also pay the bail of 2.500).

Any advise would be appreciated and if anyone could tell me what can happen. THis is in New York.

Get yourself a criminal attorney as fast you can. And do not have contact with either your former girlfriend or her boyfriend even if they call you.
