Pulled Over for Seat Belt Violation, Caught Driving Without Insurance

My question involves traffic court in the State of: California

I was wondering how court will go for me, i was pulled over by a motorcyclist officer as a result of my passenger not having a seatbelt, i got a citation for my passenger not wearing a seat belt as well as the officer finding out i was driving an uninsured vehicle on top of that i was driving with a suspended license.. i was just wondering what my outcomes would be if anyone has an idea it would mean a lot i have court coming up soon. As for my suspended license it was issued for failure to appear to court it is now being taken care of.

The penalties will likely be a few hundred dollars as long as the suspended license violation is not charged as a misdemeanor (most are charged as infractions in traffic court).

i was cited for not having insurance and driving someone around with no seatbelt on and I'm going to court for an arraignment i have not entered a plea.

i want my charges dropped there is no way i can pay the amount set
