Default Ontario Superior Court of Justice's Jurisdiction

My question involves real estate located in the State of:

Does the Ontario Superior Court of Justice have jurisdiction in Newfoundland?

If so, can we bring a CPL in Ontario for lands in Newfoundland?

All the parties to the action now live in Ontario, but the land is in Newfoundland
