    Default Probation Dues

My question involves criminal law for the state of: washington. I was granted a stipulated order of continuance in july for a misdemeanor of obstruction. The terms of the the continuance were 25 hrs community service as well as a alcohol and drug information school class. I have completed all of these conditions. I have got behind on my probation fees and am curious what will happen if i choose to not pay these fees and return to court having completed all of the conditions of my soc while still having probation fees. Will this violate the soc? I will be filing for bankrupcy and would much rather not pay the unnecessary probation fees and just add them to the bancrupcy if this is possible. Thank you for any info.

They still will want there money. Fees are separate from every other obligation, but you still need to pay them. You could be held over week by week, just to make payments.
