    Default Will Stealing Show Up on a Background Check

    My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Texas

    so i got caught stealing last week i did a mistake and i feel bad they call me to lost prevention center to signed some papers saying i stole they didn't arrest me or send me to court they are only making me pay does it comes out in my background check if i want to work somewhere else's .
