Workers comp advisor tells bosses that I'm an accident waiting to happen

Minnesota; I was called into the office at the ethanol plant i work at here in souther minnesota and told that i'm being written up AND put on one years probation for having 7 accidents in 5 1\2 years with only one of them being a lost time injury of 1 day.They told me they were advised by someone in from workers comp that i'm a high risk, that i'm dangerous, and and an accident waiting to happen. The write up states that from today, If further incidents occur within 1 year, I will be deemed unsafe and dismissed. Is this legal to do?. What kills me is that we recently recieved nice heavy winter coats for being 1 yr without a lost time injury for the whole plant...imagine that...and I'm a high risk....any advice...info would be greatly appreciated!!...Thanks

7 accidents in 5 1/2 years is about 6 too many, in my opinion.
