My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Mass. I am a pesticide applicator in mass and was laid off in november with no definite date of return given by my employer. i have been receiving ui benefits since then. i subsequently applied for and was accepted to a section 30 approved LPN program which is set to start soon. in the meantime, my former employer has offered me my job back via email. my question is am i obligated to take this job back or can i proceed with my section 30 training?
