My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee
My Juvenile son was in states custody and has been returned to the home. He is still considered under states custody for 30 days, then hes back on regular probation. I'm wondering if there are any additional restrictions while he is under states custody? He has an 8pm curfew and things like that on probation, I don't know whats different? I have asked his DCS officer for a list of rules twice, she just tells me she will get to it, does not seem so concerned, but I am.
I am a single parent, the ex is out of State. While on Probation, it is OK for my mother (his Grandmother) to watch him during my absence. She on the list of approved guardians, the only one, really. I'm assuming thats still the case while hes on this 30 day trial period?
Thanks for the input,,,,,
