My question involves criminal records for the state of: New YorkI just spent an hour typing my problem & it disapeared. I am in shock. Where did it go?
Can I get it back?

No it is gone. However, do not type an hours worth of text into this forum. Nobody will read it. You need to distill it down to a few sentences.

However, I can save you some effort. There have been bills introduced in NY for NY convictions and federally for federal convictions, none of which have passed.
There's no expunction of convictions either in NY or Federally.
