Misdemeanor Possession of Marijiuana - Looking for Expungement

My question involves criminal law for the state of: GEORGIA.

I am a first offender and therefore qualify for the first offender act correct?
that being said how must i go about having my record expunged? For that is my biggest concern.

And with my record being expunged this means that i will not have to disclose this on say a job application because i am not convicted if my requirements are completed accordingly yes?
