My question involves guardianship in the State of: Ohio
How do I go about getting guardianship of my 21 yr. old step son with cerebal palsy. My ex wife has put him in a group home. I have taken care of him almost his entire life and fell that he is better off with me his step dad. I have the support of his grandmother, sister thats 18 and all family members in my family and my x's. Not sure what my first step would be.
