My question involves criminal law for the state of:New York
Well, from a simple google search, I find that driving on a suspended license in New York carries a maximum sentence of between $500, 30 days in jail, and further suspension, all the way up to $5,000 fine and 4 years in prison, depending on the circumstances. As for your probation, your probation can be revoked and you can receive the full sentence for the crime(s) for which you were convicted that got you on probation.
Any more information than that would require that you actually tell us what the circumstances are.
Behind the badge is a person. Behind the person is an ego. This is as it should be, person at the center and ego to the back.
It varies,it depends on how strict the po and judge is, if i had to guess at worst maybe 9 months or so in jail. Discuss your options with a lawyer.
does anybody know how much a lawyer would charge to handle this kind of case
