Son's Father Moved in with Girlfriend

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Virginia

So my sons father recently moved in with his girlfriend. Needless to say I am not comfortable with this. I have met the girl and she is nice enough but I am still not comfortable with it. Is there any way my sons father can still have his visitation overnights and not have her there or how would I go about restricting his visitations because he is living with another female he isnt married to.

What evidence will you submit to the court that there is some reason to interfere with dad's choice of who to have around his child?

Being "uncomfortable" isn't enough. Unless you had an explicit "no paramour" clause in a divorce decree (you are divorced right?), or evidence to the contrary, the courts typically assume that the man you chose as the father is competent enough to determine who should and shouldn't be around his child (remember, he picked you too). Similarly, to what extent are you willing to have HIM ask the court to put restrictions on you for things that he might want to interfere with by telling the court they make him uncomfortable? This is the "be careful what you wish for" conundrum.

Crazy you are planning on never living with a man again. Or is that okay for you to do and not him? He is half the childs parent, you can't control his life. As long as she's not convicted of ceazy crimes I don't see why you have a problem with him seeing how a two parent household works

No we were never married. And its not that I dont plan on living with another man again but not after 2 months of dating. He lied to me about it as well when I flat out asked him if they were dating not to mention she is paying all of the rent.
