My question involves a marriage in the state of:NY

I've been speated for almost for years and I'm in a new relationship and been with her for a year and 2 months we are expecting a baby in july can she (my ex) sit there and hold it against me in court to get anything or etc we do have a child together and I already pay her child support and have visitation rights is there anything she can do with that info??

Anything try to get alimony or anything of that sort I've heard after being married for 10 years she can ask for it. Is it possible th give it to her cs already gives my son 17% of my check that leaves me with basically nothing a month

If she's entitled to spousal support, she'll get it whether or not you have a child with someone else ...although you're technically committing adultery.

Please explain how 17% of your check leaves you with nothing.

If I'm commiting adultery so is she as she's been with her boyfriend for 2 years and has been dating since we sarparated and 17% of mt check is basically 125 dollars and rent and other bills to pay which add up to nowhere near my monthly income and I'm paying off the deubt we had and that's also being taking out my check too so if I have to pay alimony I would be broke

Your child support isn't going to change.

You may or may not be ordered to pay spousal support.

And honestly? Don't have more kids if you can't afford to support the one you already have.
