    Default Child Support Guideline Sheet

My question involves child support in the State of: Florida

I am filling out my Child Support Guidelines sheet and I have the following questions.

    1. My wife states in her affidavit an income of zero. Do I put zero in there or do i assume the judge will
inpute inimum wage at 40 hours since she is healthy, 28, and no reason not to have a job.

    2. Overnights. My wife submitted a parenting plan. I am submitting mine. What do I put in for overnights as of now
or do I leave that section blank and let judge fill in once orders are final.

    3. Daycare. Child is not in daycare but will have to be when my wife has her. I wont need it becase I will
be off work (work 3 weeks out of state and 2 weeks off). Do I put in the average florida daycare costs per month
    or again leave it blank?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

    1. You will have to request that she is imputed an income; by all means put the 40/min. wage on the sheet. That way the judge will ask about the discrepancy.

    2. Is custody/visitation being heard at the same time? If yes, you can leave it blank and request the judge go off of what is ordered. If not, go by the current time share.

    3. ......and that might change things.

Before we go further - what are the differences between the two parenting plans?

    Parenting Plan is as follows:

I work 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off. She will have daughter the 3 weeks off when I work out of state.
No choice there. WHen I am off, I am requesting the 2 weeks be with me. She is requesting that i
only have her on the weekends I am off.. friday from 1 until Sunday til 1.

So when you say that can change things.. do I just leave it blank for now? I do not
want to fill these out wrong.

    Thank You

How often do you CURRENTLY see your daughter?

    And how old is she?

My daughter is 9 months old. I do not see my daughter.... reason being... seperated Dec 16th. I had her 3 nights over new years. Wife got ticked at me
because I told her she needed to get a job and quit traveling the state of Florida. I refused to pay her bills so she has not let me have her since. In fact, she wont even let me have my daughter at my house. So, no overnights, no at house. I am down to meeting her at a park with supervision for an hour. She will not tell me the address to where she is staying. Answer to question... not by choice.. I do not see my daughter hardly at all. In fact, this Sunday I was gonna meet her at park and she cancelled because her car broke. Told her Id pick her up wherever she is and she said no, her friend does not want me to know the address.

I'm going to be brutally honest here - you have absolutely no chance (unless Mom agrees) of a judge approving your parenting plan.

Please, look at infant parenting plans. Be realistic.
