Can a Child Move Out of a Guardian's Home at Age 15

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Florida

I'm currently 15 and I don't turn 16 until July. My aunt basicly hates me living there and she is my legal guardian. My friend and her parents are willing for me to move in with them and will transfer me to the same high school she goes to. So my question is what are the steps we need to take to move me out and do I need to wait til I'm 16?

You have to wait until you are 18 unless your aunt gives you express permission to move out. And if she does give such permission, she can revoke it at any time.

You MAY NOT move out without permission until you are 18. Not 16, not 17 - 18.

And, just from a logistical stance, your friend's parents won't be ABLE to do anything regarding transferring schools - they are not your parents or legal guardians. Even if your aunt gives you permission to live with your friend's family, your AUNT will need to be the one to take care of the school registration issue unless she is willing to assign power of attorney.
