Temporary Benefits Stopped

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: IL

Once again my temp benifits have been stopped. A hardship hearing has been set to address this matter. Do I have to wait to settlement to be compensated for these benifits if the court rules in my favour including penalties as the 12 week period is way past again. One needs a source of income to live on ?
