We went through a divorce I don't know if we got a final judgment. I remember the last paper was a minute order. I never signed divorce papers.

Thats why I need to know how can I tell if I am still married. The documents are archived on micro film in LA. Should I proceed like I am still married and try to have it annulled ( sorry for the bad spelling)?

I haven't seen this man in 23 years. I am trying to get remarried.

Obviously, we are not in a position to investigate the status of your divorce case. Determine from the court records whether or not your divorce was resolved by a final judgment. If so you're divorced, if not you need to get divorced.
