My question involves traffic court in the State of: Kentucky.

I was offered by the County Attorney today to enter the PTD Program. Do I still need to appear on the court date listed on my citation to go through with this process, or is everything already taken care of?

I haven't been to court yet for this citation, I simply had a meeting with the Attorney earlier today at his offic where he said he will put me in the PTD Program.
