Hi! I have a couple of issues:

1- how likely is it to take away visitation rights of father if his new wife lost custody & visitation of her own child?
2- how likely can one win to stop visitation/legal rights when father is a year behind in child support?
3- If father is self-employed and shows almost NO net income, how can child support be modified to be increased?
4-one child wants a name change and ex won't agree out of spite, is there anything or anyway around this?

I live in GA and the divorce was finalized here. I have been to court several times with him, by his initiation and although I have had proof of what he has not done, or done wrong, he always seems to come out winning and me loosing!!!! I have had three attorneys already and am frustrated and feel cheated at what my children have had to endure b/c of him.
