They look fairly similar right down to the time of day. I'd give it a shot. What do you have to lose? All the 'experts' said my case was pretty thin but what do I know? Here's the link from my "case" -->

If i loose it'll be on my record for 3yrs. that can really hike up my insurance. I do have a defer, but would like to keep it.
the only thing that's different on my officers statement was he wrote he had a clear and unobstructed view.
I think that really hurts my case than yours tom.
Barry, anything you can add?
The trooper says nothing about his EXACT location when he 'observed you'...as in which side of the road he was on, weather, or traffic conditions. Was he in the center median strip or on the right side of the road? Can you be certain he actually spotted you going faster than everyone else? The affidavit is mostly boilerplate with fill in the blanks. Mile Post 27 N/B is right at the exit split for SR-14, coming off the Jackson Bridge. It is six lanes wide there. They are supposed to establish a tracking history. At 70 MPH you are travelling at 103 feet per second so you'll cover 465 feet in about 4.5 seconds. Doesn't say anything about how long he tracked you. As I recall there is a slight rise and bend as you come up 205 from the bridge. Were there any other cars in you lane or next to you? There's always a ton of traffic there.
it was around noon.. not traffic hour. not sure how many cars was around me. It was pretty light traffic.
Well good luck with whatever you decide.
