Default Template for Contract to Repay Down Payment from Sale of Home Needed

My question involves a marriage in the state of: North Carolina

I used my savings to make the down payment on our home several years ago. Recently, my husband agreed that in the event of a divorce, the house will be sold and I will be returned the amount that I put in with the balance of any equity being then split equally between us. What I need is a template for a contract that we can sign and have notarized. I can't find any that fit my situation in the forms library and I was hoping someone could point me to one that I can print at home.

    Thank you!

You should consult a family lawyer about drafting a binding postnuptial agreement.
