Can the Legal Father Keep His Rights if DNA Test Disproves Paternity

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Utah 1 year and approximately nine months ago I left my girlfriend after learning she was unfaithful, 4 months later I learned she was pregnant, I asked numerous times for her to get a dna test before the baby was born. she refused, this other man called me the day the baby was born and said the baby was mine, I went through all the appropriate legal channels and ORS ordered a paternity test, which named me the biological father, i patched things with my ex and raised the baby living together for a year. she wrote ORS to rescind the other mans voluntary paternity and change the birth cert, now we have split and this other man is back in the pic, and stopped that order and is trying to keep himself the legal father set for trial with ORS I havent seen my child in a month, can I stop this proceeding and be named the legal father still or do I lose all rights being named only the bio father, also this action is between ORS and the other man can I do anything to be heard at this hearing or to even stop it ?

What exactly is this trial for?

it was supposed to be to rescind the voluntary declaration of paternity from the other man, Ive heard that if he goes and says he wants to be the legal father now. I lose my daughter

If he chooses not to rescind the DOP, there's at least a chance the court will side with him.
