How to Find a Lawyer for a Worker's Comp Claim, Out-of-State Injury and Employer

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: SC (I think) I was injured in SC and was in the hospital two different times in SC. I have sinced moved to CA, however hospitals, doctors, nothing has been paid. I have received no money for lost wages. One hospital stay was approved for workers comp, but the other wasn't. They were both for the same thing 3 months apart. I need help finding an attorney, please!

Your husband has to know whether he received his benefits through worker's comp in Illinois or in South Carolina. He should try to find a worker's comp lawyer in whatever state the previous benefits were paid through, as it's reasonable to infer that will be the state through which any additional benefits are due.
