    Exclamation I Want to Live with My Father, but My Mother Refuses to Let Me Go

    My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kansas/ OKlahoma
    I am 17 and moved to OK this summer. But after some rough patches with my mom, I wish to return to KS and live with my dad.
    We have seen a case manager but I do not think she understands the length of my emotional abuse because I was having a good day with my mother when we met with her. The day after this meeting my mom started in on the emotional abuse again.
    Arn't I old enough to chose what parent I want to live with?

    That really sucks. Oh well, guess I'm moving out in the middle of November 2012
