Question Trying to establish paternity and support
I have a son through a bf that I dated for three weeks. I then reunited with my ex. I explained to him and the other man that I was not completely sure who the father is. When my son was born my bf signed the Affadavit of Paternity against my wishes. My son has his last name. I have always believed that the man I dated shortly is his biological father. I am now pursuing a child support case against him. The problem I am having is I have since moved and am residing in Oregon, now. Also, I am not sure how to despute the declaration of paternity since it has passed the 60 day period. I would really like to clear this mess I am just not sure how???

Yes, we need some more facts in order to answer.
In what state was the child born? When?
Both parents have to sign the AOP, if you signed under duress you may be able to get the 60 day peroid to waived and you should be able to do that in your paternity and child support action.
When did you move to OR? This will determine when and where you can file and where we can send you for more help.
How old is your child now?
Are you still with your ex?
If baby was born in CA there are some specific limitations ot paternity actions.

My son was born on Guam, which if I am not mistaken is under California law. We moved to OR in March of this year. He is 18 mos old. I haven't been with my ex since August of 2005. I am now married, and residing in OR.

Are one of you in the military?
Did you have permission to move the child?

Neither of us are in the military. And the man named on the birth certificate knew that we were leaving, and signed a notarized but not court filed letter granting guardianship to my husband.
