Post Grandmother Want to Convey Her House to Her Grandson

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Andhra Pradesh
My Grandmother is having 3 sons and she is having a house in Andhra Pradesh.
She is interested to register that house to her Grandson.
Her sons are not allowing her to go to register office.
Her sons are making delay saying they will give to her grandson only and there is no need to worry for that..so that they can acquire that house at a later stage.
Please suggest how to overcome this situation and register the house or get a evidence that her house will be only to grandson.

As you were told when you posted, this site deals only in U.S. law. Help grandma find a lawyer in India.
