    bump*** I am looking for more advice before i seek legal counsel from a lawyer, iv'e come this far independently so i'd like to make it all the way through if i can.

    I told you everything I can think of in post #7. It's a bit messy. I'd gather up every receipt I could, and even get new ones if mine didn't clearly state the facts and amounts. I'd be organized in my documents and my notes and thinking, and spell it out to the judge.

    You've told me enough to convince me. Now can you document it and present it as proof in a convincing way? If not, I'd see a lawyer unless I thought a lawyer would cost more than I lost. Then I'd gamble on myself with not much to lose.

    Thank you... I think I will just go ahead.. I have the proof and the confidence to go ahead without a lawyer and even if this guy has a lawyer i think they will have a tough time
