Aaahh, yes, the float on your bail amount is certainly going to close the budget gap in this state!
The irony here is that you follow that with your plan to manipulate the system to your advantage (oops, did I say "manipulate"? I meant "ABUSE"!), add DOLLARS to the cost of processing your citation, in lieu of the fractions of a penny the state is getting of your "float"??
Tell me, will you... Who suffers in the end? Are they going to hire more judges to process your TBD, or they are going to increase fines?
One more question.... What sort of timely resolution were you promised when you signed up for a TBD, where is there a stated time limit as to how long the court could take to decide your case?
I am right 97% of the time... Who cares about the other 4%!
