My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois

i have known my gf since we were little, we started dating in high school she was 14 and i was 17, i recently turned 18 and she is 15 and pregnant. we wouldnt mind having a baby, we want this kid. what are chances that her parents will press charges against me? and can she legally live with me and my parents?

No. You cannot get married in another state. No state that I know of is in the habit of allowing minors from out of state to marry in violation of their own state laws.

The days when a pregnant minor could cross state lines and get married before their parents caught them are, thankfully, long since over.

Besides, there is not a single state in the US which will allow a 15 year old, pregnant or not, to be married without parental consent, judicial consent, or both. The state that comes closest, which is very far away from you (and I'm not going to tell you what state it is) will notify the parents that a marriage license has been issued.
