Unhappy Check deception in Indiana
I just need some advice, I have a couple of checks that were returned unpaid. One of the checks I paid for in Feb of this year, and still have to go to court, the other check I haven't paid for and I have to go to court, I am being charged with check deception, which is a class a misdemenor. I just need to know what to do, and what to expect. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

You have two separate criminal cases pending, one for each check? If so, are they both in the same court, and being prosecuted by the same prosecuting attorney's office?
