    Default Ex-Wife Refuses to Reimburse the Difference on a Child Support Modification

    My question involves child support in the State of: Sacramento

    I had a child support modification due to an income deduction and my employer have been over paying her due to not receiving the correct form for withholding. I tried to collect the over paid amount from my ex-wife, but she refuse to pay back. What can I do?

    If she is court ordered to repay you, then you can take her back to court for contempt.
