:!: My wife is currently in jail for 16 months has not gone to trial for the murder of my 7 yr old son. She calls me today and says her attorney said he belives or knows she is lying and that I either made her do it or I knew about and if she implicates me he can get her 20 yrs instead of 51 to life. Now on that day she sent me to the store and when I got back I laid down our daughter and she sent me back out to get medicine, when I returned again she said he was not feeling well that she was going to lay down with him an hour later she came running out sick because she tried to commit suicide and then I found my son dead. So the detectives know I had nothing to do with it and I wasnt there and there is no evidence that i had anything to do with it when she commitied the crime, but she tells me to take my daughter and myself to mexico and she would meet me there in 20.
This is some B.S. if she fabricates some crap and says I knew or made her do it and they belive her what could happen to me and my daughter? Would she be with family or could I make sure she could be with someone else because no family could take care of her. I am really scared because she said that and said she doesnt want to do life in prison for pre-meditated murder. Can she really make something up like that? And if so will they call me in for questioning or will they arrest me or what do I need to do to prepare myself and my daughter in case some crap happens and if she makes them believe it what am I looking at? I know there is alot of questions but I am worried about my daughter! Anotherwards what kind of charges?
