Can a Minor with a Felony and Warrant Fly Domestically

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California

My step-son is 15, soon to be 16 in January. He voluntarily moved himself out of the house (was not kicked out or told to leave) and we have not seen him for 2 months.

Previously, he received a felony for breaking into and entering a liquor store and was in juvenile hall for 8 days.

After that, he was on house arrest which he violated and because of this violation he has a warrant out for his arrest.

We would like to send him to his mother's house (which he agreed to do) in Arizona but do not know if he will be arrested at the airport. Will he be arrested at the airport and what are the father's consequences if he takes the son to the airport and he is arrested?

Arrests on warrants are unusual at the airport, but that doesn't mean they can't happen. He'll find out when he tries to fly.
