Can a Life Tenant Transfer a Life Estate to a Child for The Child's Lifetime
My question involves real estate located in the State of: Alabama
Is it possible to transfer a life estate to someone to maintain for their lifetime, not just just the lifetime of the original life estate holder?

If you mean by the life tenant, no. A life estate lasts for the life of the life tenant and then terminates.Quoting oraclegal
The life tenant usually has the ability to allow another to use their tenancy. It will still end at the death of the life tenant though.
