My question involves real estate located in the State of: SC
When I was out of town the electric company was in the process of trimming limbs from the electric lines. When I came back they had actually cut down 3 trees, trimmed a tree not even close to the line & cut back shrubs that were not even tall enough to reach the lines. Do I have any recourse here? I went up & down my street & could not see where they had cut down any trees & stayed within, what I thought was the legal limit of 10" from the lines.
