Called by Somebody I Told Not to Contact Me Again

My question involves criminal law for the state of: maine
i got into a fight with my friend. he called me and while i was in the presence of another friend i told him not to contact me again. while i was still in the presence of my other friend he called twice more that night. he hasn't attempted to contact me since. do i have a solid case for harassment?

good. thought as much. sorry for the decption. i'm actually the one who called twice and made no further contact. it's a complicated situation and the little idiot is accusing me of harassment. i figured i could offer a more unbiased account of what happened if i said it from his point of view.
