Living in TN.

We filed for an uncontested divorce based on my spouse's adultery, which was admitted (and has photos). The night before the final hearing, I got notification that my spouse filed to have the Marital Dissolution Agreement and Parenting Plan "set aside" because it was signed under duress. We filed a motion to set temporary spousal and child support pending a final hearing, and the judge decided to sign off on our original papers, saying that there was no proof of duress.

Now, I have a court-approved MDA and Parenting Plan, and I agreed to sign under Irreconcilable Differences to avoid the addl costs of a grounds hearing, but because my spouse is unhappy with the papers that were approved, they refuse to sign.

At this point, what can be done? All I need is the Final Decree signed off on.
