How to drop an injunction

My fiance wants to drop an Injunction filed in Florida what forms or what can she do to get it dropped?

This is a personal protection order following from an incident of domestic violence? Was it issued as part of the criminal case against the batterer, or was it separately requested by the victim?

No she requested the injunction

She should be able to petition the court which issued the injunction to dismiss it. I doubt that she will find a standard form to do that, but she can ask the court if they have one.
