    Default Making A Police Deal

How Do I Make A Deal With The Police? A PERSON THAT I LIVED WITH STOLE A TRAILER WITH HIS BUDDY. I AM ON PROBATION AND I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINES I CANNOT PAY. I'VE ALREADY SPOKE WITH THE POLICE AND I WANT A DEAL. I WANT MY RECORD TO CLEAN UP A BIT. MAYBE HAVE THE FINES LOWERED. AND IN RETURN I WILL SET UP AND HAND OVER THE PERSON THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS??? AND WILL IT WORK???
