Need a lawyer, possible class action lawsuit

I recently performed contractor based computer work for a company that I now cannot contact and will not pay me. I am aware of several other contractors nationwide who fell victim to this scam.
This is a business based loosley on the geek squad, in which a customer calls a tech for in-home computer repair. The customer calls this company, get's billed in advance, and sends a tech (such as me) out to repair the PC.
The problem then lies in that us techs never get paid. The company now does not answer the phone or return messages.

What can I do now?

You should probably look into filing a claim for your fees as quickly as possible. Your employer may be going out of business, and you may find that there are a lot of creditors in front of you with demands for payment (from whatever resources the company may still have).
